My name is Amber Spears and my business partner, Brett Fairall, and I founded this unique mastermind group a little over 2 years ago. 

We are both entrepreneurs ourselves…. between us, we own 6 businesses and we have a growing list of clients that we work with that keep us pretty darn busy. 
Some of the clients we work with and have worked with in the past include: Dollar Beard Club, Activation Products, The Truth About Cancer, The Thyroid Secret, Venus Factor, Tai Lopez and many others in the health, fitness, weight loss, and personal development niches. 
We are both the faces of our companies, which means that we have to attend pretty much every major conference, seminar, and mastermind in the industry. 

And to be honest…. most of them just aren’t worth the time away from our families and work, let alone high cost of paying for the event ticket, travel costs, hotel, food and activities. 

But, if you're anything like us, we resort to attending these events because of the connections…

Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than one month prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing within one month of the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount.

A substitute attendee can be named at any time before the event starts and no fees will be applied to this, this transfer of pass cannot be completed onsite. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the event, we will extend your credit to the next available event. If your ticket is cancelled due to malpractice or misuse of discounts no refund will be issued (Please see discount conditions for more information on this). MimosaMastermind, LLC reserves the right to refuse any refund based on management discretion.
